Description: SCP-999-B appears to be a large, amorphous, jelly-like mass of translucent green slime weighing about 54 kg (120 pounds) with a consistency similar to the weight of peanut. The size and shape of the subject are constantly changing, although in most cases it is the size of a large beanbag chair. The composition of SCP-999 is based on oil, but consists of a substance unknown to modern science. In addition to the thin, transparent membrane surrounding the green mass, the object appears to have no organs to talk about.

SCP-999-B will react with overwhelming excitement, moving closer to the next person and jumping on them, "hugging" them with a pair of legs, but when three people pseudopodszpik are nipling, for a duration of time emitting high bubbling and cooing noises. The SCP-999-B surface emits a pleasant smell that is different from any interaction. Recorded fragrances include fish, dirty clothes, meat, and lands.

Just touching the surface of SCP-999-B causes immediate nostalgia, which intensifies when it is exposed to SCP-999-B, and lasts long after separation from the creature. The subject's favorite activity is tickling, causing nostalgia, often completely covering the person from the neck down, tickling it until he is asked to interrupt it (although it does not always meet the request).
