@Jonni To be fair for much of history the 4x scope has been the standard for marksmen and snipers in the military, even through the Cold War, on French and German rifles and even for the US in Vietnam. Now 4x is kinda the bare minimum for a scope.

Looks like the long range scope is 4.75x-7.90x variable zoom so the highest zoom is not 4x zoom unless I am reading this wrong.

Despite the sights being bad there are a lot of mods on nexus that can improve upon them, makes the game a bit better I do have to say!

i loved the blue scopes in fc 3. i would want like 3-4 scopes that are 100-125% zoom

scopes and just attachments in general are hot garbage in fc5, pisses me off considering how fun the weapons are to use, and cool looking they are :steamfacepalm:
