you can find him in the winking skeever in Solitude

armor:deadric armor no helmet
ench ring of heavy armor
ench necklace of 2 handed
weapons: deadric beatelaxe

dremora mage:
you can find him in the drunken huntsman in whiterun

armor:dremora warlock
weapons: ench deadric dagger of palyze
spells: conjure dremora lord
fireball
grandhealing
wardsteadfast
