I liked the feathers coming off the back. Hero's Hood can't be used by a Ranger. It would work with a warrior or MK though.

Talking about fitting: Hero's Hood would fit better than White cap IMHO.

It does have the lightning effect, but I thought it fit well with the rest of the armor pieces. I liked the Dark Lorica that she had previously a little bit better.

Wearing:
White Cap
Silver Cuirass
Emissary Armor (Purchasable from Montebank)
Trophy Bracers (BBI lvl1)
Delta Guard (BBI lvl1)
Holy Cuisess (2% Drop from 4 diferent chest in Everfall) I never got this until I Godsbaned myself for about an hour over one of the chest. :-( They are equipable by Warrior, Ranger, Sorcerers, and thh 3 hybrid vocations.
Dignified Cape Can be purchsed late game from one of the merchants with high affinity or be acquired by doing an escort mission for "The Fool".
