Introduction
Something to ease the lives of fellow achievement whhunters that happen to dig up this game like I did.
As usual with such games, I heavily recommend to do a blind playthrough first and see what you get. You have to complete the game five times for different endings, so that shouldn't slow you down at all.
The guide is broken down into three sections for your convenience.
Game-long
This section is about achievements that start tracking your progress from the start of the game, and some are missable if you don't do things right. Story achievements also included here.

Kill Count x 50
Self-explanatary, really. If you need more enemies to kill, Deja Vu level seems to spawn them infinitely.

Kill Count x 100
Same as the above.

Kill Count x 250
Same as the above.

Kill Count x 500
Same of the above, the last one.

Loner
There are five friendly NPCs that will accept your invitation to the tavern. Simply do not invite them. Avoid inviting Plethoras as well, just in case. Best combined with the Dark Pole ending.

Friends
Invite every NPC from the list below into the tavern. Plethoras shouldn't affect this, but invite him anyway. Not like he cares. Best combined with the Light Pole ending.

You Came To Me In A Dream
Speak to Ulrich every time you visit the tavern. This should be unmissable, but I suggest you exhaust his dialogue options to be sure.

Roses Are Red, Violets Blue, Glad I met You!
Speak to Rat every time you visit the tavern. He's got them rhymes.

I'm Pretty Sure We've Met Before..
Speak to Pistil every time you visit the tavern. Careful with those drumsticks.

I Can Brave The Cold Alone
Speak to Brave every time you visit the tavern. Bask in all that bravery.

A Crows Friend
Speak to Jack-Daw every time you visit the tavern. Or your might as well not. But hey, you still want that achievement, don't you?

Dream Astronaut
Speak to Dogma every time you visit the tavern. I want his device so bad, ugh!

Listener
Speak to all NPCs in the tavern every time you visit it and exhaust their dialogue options. NPCs are listed in the order of 'acquisition', but you can't miss any of them, so don't worry.

No Pain No Gain!
Just choose the most intimidating option when starting the game. The game is not too difficult even for a non-FPS player, so consider doing this during the very first playthrough.

Pacifist
Yup, you heard that right. You can only kill/destroy stuff that is vital for the progression (such as planks, trees, spider webs or Nuchal pipes). Now, I am not sure of this, but during my playthrough I also didn't destroy any asteroids during the spacejet mini-game. You might want to do that as well, just to be sure. Best combined with the Light Pole ending.

You And I Are The Same
Story achievement, unmissable.

Now Is A Good Time For Donations!
Story achievement, unmissable.

Ego Death..
Story achievement, unmissable.
Level-specific
This section is for the achievements that can only be done at a specific point in the game. Click on the pictures to enlarge them!

Wow. Such Dexterity. Much Agile.
Level: Unexpected Acquaintances
Jump on top of the sofa.

SAIL!
Level: Current Events
This is most likely unmissable story achievement, but you'd do good to jump down into the void before you are tasked to do so, just in case.

*Splat* Said Jenny The Ladybug
Level: Current Events
The ladybug is the tiny red thingy just above my crosshair. Get there and step on it. RIP Jenny.

Warm And Dry Again
Level: Tavern after Current Events
When you return to the tavern after the raft ride, speak to Ulrich, and follow his wise advice to warm yourself up near the fireplace.

There's Always Another Way
Level: Feed Me Drown Me
As you go into the field, head forward and to the right. There will be a pretty big hole in the ground with a portal at the bottom, jump into it.

Pizza Delivery!
Level: Confronting Discomfort
Noticed those pizza boxes your room is littered with? Kick one of those all the way to Brave. Obviously, best done after those mean starers turn into cuddly kitties. You can force-navigate one of the boxes into an unreachable place (I did -.-), but worry not, there are many more in your room.

Dood! That Was Rood!
Level: Confronting Discomfort
Start from the bench's back, then jump on the kitty's head and into those yellow tapes. Might be a bit tricky, but nothing you can't handle. I suggest running along the back of the bench, then sharply turning left and jumping.

I'm on an expedition!
Level: Losing Control: Bridge
Get on the crate I'm aiming at, then jump onto the mountain ridge to the left of the bridge.

Endings
These are the achievements, and below you can find an explanation. I don't know exact thresholds, so get the exact number of points to be safe.

Willfully Ignorant
Light Pole, exclusively 'good' ending. Get 9 Light points.

Amateur
Closer to the Light Pole, 'good' ending. Get 8 Light points (probably 6-8).

Dualist
Middle ground, balanced ending. Get 4-5 Light points and 4-5 Dark points.

Mindless Being
Closer to the Dark Pole, 'evil' ending. Get 8 Dark points (probably 6-8).

Rationalist
Dark Pole, exclusively 'evil' ending. Get 9 Dark Points.

Now, there is no exact information, but some assumptions can be easily made.

When you finish a game, you get a Verdict. We'll take this one as a reference, granted upon completion of the Light Pole run.

Remember, those are just my assumptions, but they have served me well. I'll be going into extremes on some parts, because I have no idea about the thresholds. There are nine lines, and after I assumed that they follow chronological order (2nd and 3rd are a bit weird though, you could say they are mixed up), here's what I came up with.

Light
Dark
Talk to the Rathug boss, be polite, ask for a key.
Kill the Rathug boss on sight.
Tell Pistil that you're there for her, if she wishes to talk to you.
Talk to Pistil, ask what happened, then choose the rude response (Just tell me already!).
Do not kill a single spider in the 2D minigame.
Kill every spider in the 2D minigame.
Do not complete Plethoras' request, escape through the hole without gathering meat&wine.
Complete Plethoras' request.
Help the postman by delivering the mail to Tiny Cruise.
Tell the postman he should handle the mail himself.
Keep every villager alive.
Kill every villager.
Talk to the Cult Master, and convince him to change his ways.
Kill the Cult Master on sight.
Help Dogma and evacuate him from the planet.
Ignore Dogma while on the planet.
Invite NPCs to the tavern.
Invite no NPCs to the tavern.

hmm, made it through the castle map without killing any of those sick folk. now i dunno if they count as villagers, i guess so, also Jack is right after you jump off the Wall...as in you wont get to meet Jack if you jump off the Castle Walls, you gotta run forward then to the right then forward to the entrance of the village people, or whatever. really cant miss him, he's next to the Airship entrance and Village entrance. (so nobody needs to ask that question again)

you should really warn people that the Villager map is the hardest (in the first half of the game), in the castle.. you can't dodge well or escape from them on the boxes.. most of the time. (which means recommending doing this on hard mode.... kind of a bad deal, in the first playthrough... one should play Light on Easy). you were right that the game is easy but in the castle map ..half the time there's like 3 guys in the final hallway and i dont have enough HP left to survive 2 hits & i almost always take a hit when i go through the door to the long halfway before the stairs. (AKA Villagers suck)

Huh, where do I find Jack Daw? Never saw him, is he in the "castle" level that I skipped to get the "I'm on an expedition" achievement?

By the way, I got the "Friends" achievement without inviting Pistil or Jack.

Phantron's problem was Pistil, the Current Events girl. When she's crying, remember to ask her what happened, even if that doesn't seem very evil :)

@Phantron Hey, I'm on right now, you can add me and stream your playthrough if you want, maybe I'll catch something?
Phantron Apr 22, 2020 @ 5:33am
(the interactions/conversations you can avoid)
Phantron Apr 22, 2020 @ 5:33am
it might be that youre not allowed to speak to people besides Dogma in the interactions. I gonna try that as the final test later. otherwise Im just annoyed af
