SKF - Luau Lounge (GROWABLE)

Influenced by several different real life places... the Luau Tiki Bar in Beverly Hills (closed in the 1970s), the "Big Sign" comes from The Luau restaurant in Fresno, CA. They closed a few years ago, and sadly the sign was ruined by the new owners (Grrr!!). The building itself is inspired by a random building I came across online... not sure where or what it is but it was perfect shape for my Luau Lounge!

This is a "Growable" Low Commercial building, Level 1 on a 3x3 lot.

The only custom prop by me is the sign, but there are a bunch of plants from Pdelmo and the small round curb from King Leno's Curb Props 2 set. Links to subscribe are on the right ----->

I don't think it will require any DLCs, but note that I do have all of them installed on my system. If you run into any issues let me know!
