As a point and click adventure fan, I really liked Discworld II. A real shame the game is not available on Steam. The German dubbing was also good and brought the humor across very well.

never played it (I should still have a ps1 demo somewhere?) but I read some novels from Mr Terry :)

I`ve played the first , on Playstation one -.I bought it used, because it looked fun And it sure was, Crazy fun ! I loved every minute, even if it took a loooong time to load sometimes

The first one is super obtuse puzzle-wise. But there are a lot of Pratchett lines and humour. The second one is really colourful and has a very funny stor. Eric Idle voices Rincewind, there are so many funny interactions but you might be better off playing with a walkthrough as some of the puzzles are 'combine X and Y, feed to dog who then runs off and knocks down the cup from the table, give cup to....etc.' Some stuff makes sense but there are some real leaps in game logic to succeed here. Being a Pratchett fan, I think you will enjoy it.

honestly, desptie owning all of the books, and a few extra stuff, and been to a discworld conventation once. I still haven't played this. heard it's not good...
is it worth the time?
