San Alfonso del Mar is a private resort in Algarrobo, Chile, about 100 km (62 mi) west of the capital Santiago. The resort is recognised as having the world's largest swimming pool.

You added an "S" to the end of TECH_PLASTIC. There's no "S" at the end. Go figure.
Thought I'd leave you a note in case you were overlooking the simple typo error.

I guess the cavemen really liked long swimming pools...

LOL. I just started a Prehistoric Era game with some extra modded wonders, including this one. The Plastics prerequisite isn't working, so the San Alfonso del Mar Resort showed up as a build option in my very first city, in 6000 BC! :)

This Wonder has no technology prerequisite and so is available very early in BNW. I think that it should not be available until Electricity. I doubt that the pumps are powered by coal-fired steam engines.

A Garden gives +25% generation, can be built much earlier, and requires only 1 maintenance. This wonder is underpowered to the extreme. Make it give +4 culture and +2 gold or something, because at the current state it is a small increase from a garden.

Plastics. And 30% for one city isnt too much, I dont think

What technology is required? Also, you don't think 30% is a bit much?
Nice choice of subject, though
