[GS] TOUHOU MOD Saigyouji - Hakugokurou

It is a Touhou Mod with civilization Hakugyokurou and its leader Saigyouji Yuyuko.

Leader - Saigyouji Yuyuko

Leader Trait
- All Units (including your Units) -4 Combat Strength when defending. Get a Gardener Unit when complete "Flower Viewing" project.

Bonus Trait (Need Wonder "Saigyou Ayakashi" MOD)
- When you complete Wonder "Saigyou Ayakashi", get extra Faith equal to 50% of the Culture you should get. Units killed by "Saigyou Ayakashi" will trigger your Civilization Trait, if you are the one completed it.

Civilization - Hakugyokurou

Civilization Trait
- Growth -100% in all cities (foods all eaten by Yuyuko). Globally, everytime when a certain number (the number is depends on the number of alive major Civic) of military units get killed in combat, an new citizen will add to the city with the smallest population.

Replaces the Theater Square district. Provides +2 Amenities and +2 Appeal to nearby tiles. Also unlocks the "Flower Viewing" project and "Release Souls" project. Great Person point will provide by the citizens works in this district instead of the district itself.

Hakugyokurou unique unit, replaces Builder. Low production cost, Reduce city's Population by 1 when completed.

Replaces the Swordsman. Yuyuko's unique Classical era melee unit that ignores zone of control. Can build Improvement Cherry Blossom Forest.
