Updated 5 April 2018:

Changed the road from 3-lane one way Hwy to 2-lane one way high-end. Shortened the pedestrian paths to make it easier to connect to them, and slightly changed the layout of them. Added some props, but works well without them.

I have to list the props here because my list will only go midway through 'c' in my subscription items.......

A Bus Transfer station within a roundabout. Plenty of pedestrian access, just connect it from outside the roundabout. I have left plenty of room for individual styling, so have fun.

Add entry/exit roads to the roundabout.

BT002 will have Metro and Train access within the design. With this one, there is space and ways to put them in if you so wish.

There are only 2 mods required and no PAID DLC.

The 2 mods are:

Network Extensions 2
Road Anarchy of some sort. (only for the very slight steepness of some pedestrian slopes)

If there are any problems, let me know and I will do my utmost to fix them.

Btw, I got the idea to do this after watching one of the traffic videos and it was mentioned that this wouldn't work - so here it is.
