I use this mod to give some of the specific AI empires that I like a boost at the beginning.

This mod has an interesting interaction with the new federation origins. They might get 3 planets or only 1 depending on if your starting federation members take the 'guaranteed colonizable worlds' nearby. If not, they might end up with wildly different habitabilities than you, which could be a major benefit.

So it got updated today yet the creator hasn't been online for over 50 days, hmmm.....
