Welcome. Welcome to City 17.

"You have chosen, or been chosen, to relocate to one of our finest remaining urban centers. I thought so much of City 17 that I elected to establish my Administration here, in the Citadel so thoughtfully provided by Our Benefactors. I have been proud to call City 17 my home. And so, whether you are here to stay, or passing through on your way to parts unknown, welcome to City 17. It's safer here."

Given to comunity by me the gigantic citadel, caused entire blocks from City 17 to vanish into thin air as the Combine delivered the Citadel to Earth.

Consider populating the floors with the needed equipment and feel free to use it in your MP server and/or scenario. Level 10 size 3, with enough oxygen tanks to ventilate the entire building properly.

Interior only houses the core, the generator, the oxygen and fuel tanks and is divided by some floors connected via elevators. I left it mostly empty on purpose so the player may install the equipment sees fit. It can make a nice base for the player or a dangerous POI.
