MGM Grand Hotel by KingLeno

The MGM Grand Las Vegas is a hotel and casino located on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada. The MGM Grand is the largest single hotel in the United States with 5,124 rooms. It is also the third-largest hotel complex in the world by number of rooms and second-largest hotel resort complex in the United States behind the combined The Venetian and The Palazzo. (wikipedia)

This asset is huge!
Includes 3 sub-buildings magically optimized with very few triangles
Custom LOD and textures

RICO settings for main building: Level 2 office with 100 workplaces. Tower Wing: Level 4 High Density Residential with 200 homes. Without RICO, it still consists of 4 Unique Buildings that function and EACH REQUIRE A ROAD CONNECTION. The version I use in-game is a different version that uses the old sub-buildings enabler mod, so I have not extensively tested this version. If the RICO settings are too high, I may update to adjust as you won't be able to edit the sub-building (Tower Wing) RICO settings in-game.

Hello, I can't find the building on the fifth image ingame or in the workshop, only the main building and the lobby. Do you have a link for those? Thanks!

main building not there. Small tower only, nothing to connect a lobby to.

Ahh sorry!!! - can I also say this is a fantastic asset, I am making a Vegas style (not a direct copy) map in a desert map, and this looks amazing. I have also downloaded quite a few of the other Casino's you have made they look so great. Keep up the good work! I will check out your Youtube also.

Apologies if I am being dumb, when placing the main building, it seems to anchor to a road, however when built it then displays the no road connection icon above it, however when I click on the building to show info it says that it is working normally, any ideas?

The other parts (lobby etc) seem to work ok.
