Report a translation problem
- A Schiavona could arguably be considered a rapier, however they are usually called (basket hilted) broadswords.
- This is not a cutlass. Basket hilted and Schiavona-hilted sabres (and potentially cutlasses) did exist, but not as commonly.
- Whoever wanted this without the basket, I laughed at that.
- Schiavonas USUALLY had a brass cat's head pommel. So that'd be a nice thing to add in a remake. Even other than that, I haven't seen this (kind of weird) hole pommel thing before.
- Rapiers are not just thrusting swords. Such things exist as cut-and-thrust rapiers, as well as side swords which could arguably be considered rapiers.
