@wjhenry you either have a mod conflict which means another mod you are running is conflicting with this one or you need to place this mod lower in the load order. I would suggest disabling your mods and add them back one at a time till you get the crash, then you'll know which mod is causing the problem. Then try moving that mod lower or even last in the load order. Restart your game and see if that fixes the problem if it still crashes then you still know it's this mod doing it and oh well, you'll just have to unsubscribe and delete it from your data files. Hope this helps!

@Ronin there is a mod available in the workshop called Elvenwood that will add a multi-level tree house. It has a blacksmith, an merchant that sells odds and ends, a tavern with bard and your very own living quarters at the top. Plus extra storage on the balcony via ladders. It doesn't have everything you're asking for but you could always try using Pocket Empire Builder and add the things you want.

I love this house, with a great living area, excellent crafting cellar, and a dynamite armory and storage second floor.
A big plus for me is that I have two other much smaller house mods that are next door.
Guest house anyone? Almost forgot the mine mod in the backyard lol.

and the option to have up to 10 followers, friends, and housecarls move there for ease of access, and if they are hired, you will still have to hire them, but now they will be in your home, and a perimiter balconey along which multiple lvl 75 guards walk. i know there is a limit on file size, so maybe you could add this in various stages? the first one would be the house itself, and the map marker. u can go from there. i hope im not asking too much. i mean, you have such talent. this mod here is proof of that. i would just like for you to use your talent to make a super awsome house mod.

i have a request to make: i've been looking for some time now, for a mod that adds a treehouse, that spans multiple trees, and has 2 or more levels, with a forge, alchemy area, enchanting table, a garden-like platform with respawning plants that are all of the alchemy plants, plus a respawning beehive for bees, honeycomb, and behive husks, and plenty of storage...

I've only just come across this mod, with a level 73 character with over 2 years in-game time behind him (and Dawnguard installed). So far, I have found no problems with it. The house is magnificent for a high level character, especially one who collects (or hoards, lol). If I may make several suggestions, if the entrance to the cellar was either in the main room, or with an entrance from outside as well, and secondly, a coffee table and chairs in the upper display area off to the side, and some chairs or benches downstairs in the cellar would be very handy for role players (it's nice to sit and admire your collection or trophies). A small stable outside would be nice as well (I have four horses for myself and companions through various mods).

Truly excellent work...I would envision this house as a manor house for a small landholding, or perhaps as the manor house for Riverwood, which I could see as being the feudal type fief for the Thane Dovakhin.
