Max Payne 2 - (FixItAll) Widescreen Fix for Win10

Similar to the FixItAll guide made for Max Payne. This fixes playing the game with the Widescreen Fix on Windows 10!

Hi, I noticed a small issue that the game wont start the game when you got the Widescreen Fix by ThirteenAG, on Windows 10.
It appears to be that d3d9.dll, which come with the fix, blocks from launching the game.

So to fix this, you will need to replace the launcher and some files which provide fixing DirectX compatibility issues with newer versions.

Also disable the Win98/Me combatibility mode if you have it enabled before.
I hope this will help you playing it in a experience for modern machines.

Very helpful guide! I'd add that I only needed to apply the Widescreen fix by ThirteenAG on Windows 10, would appear the issue with d3d9.dll was fixed sometime in the past few years.
