Description
The classic St. Chamond returns!

Already when I finished the Whippet tank I wanted to rebuild by oldest tanks into the new, skinned style. The st. Chamond has therefore returned, better looking, better movement, and stronger equipped! For the ones who dont know about what older tank I am speaking, check this model.

About the St. Chamond
The St. Chamond was a French tank used in various operations during WWI. it was developed as the successor of the CA1 Schneider tank. The Chamond tank was designed to fit a 75mm field gun. With this, it had the biggest cannon of all other tank during the war (other heavy tanks used a 57mm cannon). But the small tracks and the large cannon in the nose made the tank highly uncomfortable. It was prone to get stuck in craters and trenches. Later in the war it saw some better action when the battle began to move more into open, unshelled grounds. after the war the tank dissappeared rather fast from the tank divisions, most likely because of its mayor failures.

Key features
- a heavy 575 blocks (still 43 blocks less than the older one)
- top speed of about 7 m/s = 25.2 km/h
- 8x cannon and 4 crossbows covering each side
- camouflage inspired by one of the few remaining models in Saumur
- awesome suspension, the entire armored part is also suspended from the chassis
- real WW1 feeling when driving the tank with cameras

I couldnt agree more. especially the standoff version (cuz the coaxial MG). but the gas version is very powerfull vs other tanks as near misses or bouncing shells still deal significant damage. the gas version is useless to snipe air tho.

Можно было бы просто сделать 3д модель блока-как модель корпуса танка, но автор не знает что такое оптимизация.

I would however not rely on this information here solely if you need it for a paper. better find some actual documents about the tank itself. As Abraham Lincoln once said: "never trust anything from the internet" :P

The visual of the tank has been focussed on the late war model of the st. Chamond. this includes: a slightly angled roof and angled back. most of the model is inspired from images of an actual remaining chamond in Saumur. The information of the history sector on this page is sourced from wikipedia and if I remember correctly, I heard the results of a first attack with them coming by The Great War Channel videos. spoiler: most of them got stuck in the dirt
