Fall Pt 2: Achievement Guide [WIP]

This guide is aimed at people who've already completed the game at least once, as it will not explain in exact detail where to find everything required for each achievement. Also please note that some achievements are skill based and require some training to get, which is something this guide can't really help you with.

General Achievements
The following achievements are gathered by simply following the main story progression. (If you have any difficulty with the puzzles found during the game, may I direct you to my Puzzle Guide?)

After leaving the Domesticon Subnet and entering the Home Network, drop all the way down from the top to the bottom without stopping on any of the platforms inbetween.
  • Autoimmune System

SPECULATION: Don’t get hit during the Control Attempt #R7B "arena fight" (i.e. before getting the parry ability).
  • Ideologue
When confronted with the binary choices throughout the game in relation to either your host or the dark process always choose the lower options first, which are (in order) „Attempt Domination“, „Break Host“, „Harness Penetrative Process“, „Demand Compliance“, „Dominate“, „Seek Process for Enhancement“, „Shame Host“, and „Demand Obedience“.
  • You Tried
When confronted with the binary choices throughout the game in relation to either your host or the dark process always choose the upper options first, which are (in order) „Attempt Reason“, „Navigate Host’s Limits“, „Seek Safer Method“, „Explain Crisis“, „Consider Alternative“, „Seek safer Method“, „Listen“, and „Consider Consequences“.
  • Reflective
After meeting Josephs and being able to reflect on your recent actions, simply explore every dialogue option on all 4 memories before leaving through the visor in the background.
  • Pristine Perspective Shifter
Defeat the final boss without ever allowing it to heal itself.
Butler Achievements
1st Half
  • Trashy
After acquiring a trash bag from the supply closet use it on the mirror in the lavatory.
  • Butler Scissor-Hands
After acquiring the scissors use them on either the Master or the Mistress.

2nd Half
  • num num num
During “Reconnect with the Hosts” approach the digital Food Cupboard and order every food option at least once.
  • Cuddle Time
During „Provide proof that the butler has emotional investment.“ use the teddy bear you found in the attic on either the Master or the Mistress.
  • How well DO you know them?
During „Decipher what the Master would have wanted.“ use "How did they Relate to Self?" on the box of prosthetics in the attic through the Objective/Butler’s perspective.
  • Become the Master
During „Decipher what the Master would have wanted.“ select “Dignity – Purely Subjective – Lead Others” in the Master’s dialogue.
One Achievements
General
  • Onederful
Simply don’t get hit or experience any interruptions during any melee fight sequence on Standard difficulty to achieve an S rank.
  • Super Saiyan

SPECULATION: Don’t get hit or experience any interruptions during any melee fight sequence, while keeping your energy consumption below 1.00pN (by letting the enemies come as close to you as possible) on Standard difficulty to achieve an S+ rank.

1st Half
  • Refined Unrefinement
During “Convince my host into the hub-connector to trace the User” use “Unrefined Music” on the music player (lower yellow “box”) on the 3rd Floor in the room to the right.

2nd Half
  • Glutton for Onishment
During “Reconnect with the Hosts” use “Address of a Hostile One” on the “countless addresses in the stream”(i.e. after you’ve been punched the first time).
  • Bobbing for Airwaves
During “Reconnect with the Hosts” use “Address of a Hostile One” on the “Private Network Storage” (the glowing box behind the broken wall in the upper far right of this level section).
  • Self-Talk
During „Help One differentiate himself from the train.” use „One is not pathetic“ on the mirror.
  • You Red and Blue It

SPECULATION: After you’ve finished the sequence with the Behaviour Collectivizor, approach every enemy in the following fight only with the current sequence (displayed at the bottom of the screen); i.e. if it’s blue, red, red, evade every enemy once, and then hit them twice and move on to the next enemy to repeat the process – it doesn’t matter if you get knocked out at the end, as long as you engage every enemy with that combination.
  • Only I Learn Quickly
During the last melee fight sequence simply let yourself be beaten without providing any resistance to your attackers.
Companion Achievements
1st Half
  • Internal Damage
During „Meet Josephs in Ops“ use the painkillers on the sad man at the table instead of the lonely man on the bench.
  • Player
During „Procure a Uniform“ continiously use “I require an Ops uniform” on the sad man until you’ve explored every dialogue option except for Utilize Trauma.

2nd Half
  • Where’s my Oscar?!
During “Reconnect with the Hosts” interact with the digital “Counsellor Terminal” and select one of the emotions (except Sorrow). Return to the main room, activate the AI Monitoring port and interact with the “amplified and hyper-sensitive sensation”. Repeat this until you’ve approached it with all available emotions, i.e. Desire, Anger, and Happiness.
  • Everything’s Fine!
During „Help the Companion to acknowledge her negative feelings.” use “Validate the Companion” on anything but the empty hallway with the two guards, the girl in the brig or the dismantled robots. The achievement will unlock once you’ve reached “Everything is Fine Level 5”
  • Social Worker
During „Help the Companion to acknowledge her negative feelings.” use “Someone requires help” on the board to the right of the door to the brig/hallway.
  • Reparation Bot
During „Help the Companion to acknowledge her negative feelings.” use the “The Companion must Confront her Violator“ on the A.R.I.D Combat Suit on the table beneath the diagram. Note! Do not confuse this with using “The Companion feels violated” on the suit.
Second Diag-Gnostic
Collect all logs found in Network Space.

  • Lecture Notes
Found in the last room of the Domesticon Subnet before moving to the Home Network, proceed to the lowest level and access the door to the left. (Remember the location of the White Door on the right for later.)
  • E2C Control Attempt Memo
Found in the last room of Control Attempt E2C, which looks like a narrow corridor with a white door blocking the path to the left. Jump up and enter the door to the right. (Remember the location of the Red Door on the left for later.)
  • Maria Strouse Personal Log
(After acquiring the dark blast in Control attempt E2C you can easily return to the Domesticon Subnet to take care of this immediately.) Found in the last room of the Domesticon Subnet before moving to the Home Network, proceed to the lowest level and access the white door to the right.
  • (?)E2C Monitoring Terminal
During “Convince my host into the hub-connector to trace the User” interface with the computer in the control room on the 1st Level.
  • (?)R.A.V.E.N. Protocol 9.63
During “Convince my host into the hub-connector to trace the User” interface with the purple-screen terminal next to the “Watching Many Pods” in the left room on the 2nd Level.
  • Hangar Relay Pylon Terminal
On your way to the Companion you automatically have to access this terminal as part of the main story.
  • #R7B Approval
When interacting with the access point at the start of the R7B Control Attempt, a fight will start that is going to take you to the opposite side of the large room, meaning you’ll have to return here after the you’ve defeated everything. (Also, remember the location of the Red Door in the far left corner after the last local pylon for later.)
  • #R7B Supervisor Message
Immediately after finishing the fight in the R7B Control Attempt a broken tube apparatus appears in the middle of the room. The left screen is a terminal that you can interact with. Don’t forget to walk back to access the first terminal mentioned above.

Red Doors
Once you’re given the objective “Decipher what the Master would have wanted.” You can unlock all Red Doors in the Network at once. First, as the Butler, move to the room on the far right on the 1st floor, and use the Objective perspective on the computer.
Next switch to One and use your Objective perspective on the computer in the far right corner of the Behaviour Collectivizer train cart.
Lastly switch to the Companion and use your Objective perspective on the computer in the right corner of the first room.

  • "Domesticon System Diary"
Return to the Domesticon Subnet by quick-travelling to the “Butler-Pylon”, climbing all the way to the top in the first room, and then proceeding down the linear path until you reach the Butler’s Red Door to the left.
  • Closure Summary: Shiang 42-d
Return to the E2C Control Attempt by quick-travelling to the “One-Pylon”, then using the left-most Global Network Pylon to proceed to Switching Station 4. From there on follow the path to the room with the gap in the floor; climb down, proceed through the left white door and use the Pylon to E2C Control Attempt. There simply enter the first door to the right to find yourself in the narrow corridor from before again; simply climb up and open the Red Door to the left.
  • #R7B Counter-Security Record
Return to the #R7B Control Attempt, by quick-travelling to the “Companion-Pylon” and then using the local-target pylon immediately next to the other. Walk to the right and drop down the first hole you encounter. Then follow the linear path to the left to encounter the #R7B Control Attempt Pylon. After using it you should find yourself in the large arena again with the door being at the far left end of the room.

I got Autoimmune System from defeating the E2C Control Attempt fight (after which you earn the dark beam) without being touched.

For You Red and Blue It, I tried using the assigned combo from the Collectivizer multiple times and never got it. However, as soon as I got ko'd while attempting the combo sequence, I got the achievement. So I suspect failing and getting knocked out there is required.

During "Reconnect with the Hosts" , I have received Autoimmune System after completing the combat sequence in the main room for the Companion.

To do so, I have simply
1. Not used the parry
2. Not been hit once


HOWEVER, accomplishing this in other combat sequences, including before obtaining the parry ability, did not prove successful, but others have reported that they also obtained the achievement outside of the main combat sequence to obtain the Parry ability.
The only difference here is that I accomplished it on the first try, however there is no achievement that require you to do something on the first try,

As such I speculate that the achievement is obtainable in almost any combat sequences that involve the enemies that require you to go behind cover while fulfilling the below criteria:
1. Not getting hit once
2. Not using the Parry ability

I managed to get Autoimmune System during the fight before you get the powered blast (in Control Attempt E2C). I got hit in the first fight of this area, so only the last fight counted, probably.

Got the Autoimmune System success by killing in a gunfight all the ennemies with dark bullet and without getting hit in the Contain the virus part.

A note about: Super Saiyan, you need to get a S+ rating in one of the fights, while playing as "One".

You can possible get an S+ rank in any of the fights, and you just need it once.

I recommend trying for in the 'arthouse' fight on the 4th Floor, right before you meet the first Red-bot.

This fight only have normal bots (one-hit KOs) and a reset point right before the fight.

The bots seems to always come in the same pattern so you can try my attack sequence for better chances.

Attack order: attack the first (1) bot to the left, then attack the next (3) on the right, (1) left, (1) right, (4) left, (1) right, (2) left, (2) right and then finish the last (1) bot to the left.

AO: (1)L, (3)R, (1)L), (1)R, 4(L), (1)R, (2)L, (2)R, (1)L

It will take some tries so good luck.

For Reflective you don't need to go through every dialogue option. I got it on my second dialogue, the first time I chose the "indeterminate" choice.
