Each of The Dragon Priest carry a booklet with them called their "Spirit Guide", kill them to retreive their guide. The owner of the guide weilds the power of the Dragon Priest!

If you killed the dragon priests, go to the console (press `/~ which is before 1) and type help "Spirit Guide". Look for the books of each dragon priest and type "player.additem <book id> <number of books>" without quotations replacing book id and number of books.
