Skeleton Key: GIVE IT BACK!

Description
Simple mod that fixes that terribly annoying habit Skyrim has of stealing your Skeleton Key and never giving it back.

YOUR Skeleton Key will be located inside the innermost Twilight Sepulcher chamber.
I put it in this specific location to avoid any loss of immersion in-game. Works best if you haven't done the quest yet.

2.22.12 UPDATE
I fixed it to where the key will function normally and not break when the player goes through the quest "Darkness Falls" as normal. HOWEVER, players who have already completed the quest and go back into the Twilight Sepulcher to get the key will find that the key breaks when picking locks but can be used over and over.

You say that if you get the key back after you've completed the quest, it will still break. Simply script the item so when you pick it up, it adds the hidden Skeleton Key perk which makes it impossible to break. If you want, I could do that for you and send you the .esp file.

You know you could just press the ~ or ` (same button) and type (help "Skeleton Key") Without the ( or ) and press [Enter] key, type player.additem (########) # Where the first set of hashtags are the Skeleton Key code and the single hashtag is the quantity. TYPE ALL OF THIS WITHOUT THE # OR PARENTHESES INCASE YA DON'T READ. :steamhappy:

I downloaded the mod before starting the thieves guild questline and it still breaks. Is this normal because your description says after you complete the quest. And does it matter if I have dlc or not? Because I have all three.

just get a lock pick smithing mod and perk it out BOOM! lock picks never will break AND you get EXP up the wassoo the sakeleton key is for pussies and jigglehoes who can't actually be bothered with ACTUALLY achiving something that can be yes time consuming but still it's a whole funner then the pussy key

It's weird that in Oblivion your get the key as a reward and in Skyrim apparently having it is bad. Hmm... weird.

so if i havent completed the part where you put the nightingale key so it wont vbreak at all,
