Here is how you get through those annoying doors.

1. Walk as close as you can to the "invisible wall" inside the doorframe.
2. Turn your back towards the direction you like to traverse the door.
3. Look at your feet, and drop an Item. Bigger Items work better, but I managed to get through even with sage.
4. Now you should be able to crouch / walk / jump through the door.
5. Don't have to load because of doors.

Of my previous comment, I FOUND a solution -
Enable -Devmode of the game in steam setting properties.

(There are website that suggesting using fly command and collision command - but collision command doesn't exist it a joke for hopes up.)

But -Devmode is good and halfway there. Get to this website

Then look for "Fast Travel" section as it will FORCE Henry to go there X Y Z coordination.

It works for me, so gives it a shot.

Sprinting, jumping, and swiveling the mouse left and right really quickly did the trick for me on a few occasions.
