Btw, you follow the road near the river up to the small houses near the river, at north of your position on the map, there is a small road not indicated on the map, you follow it and find a small garden, then just after that there is the basement/ruins of a small house, once there just go south and you end up on the log house with the chest inside :)

Went there yesterday after buying the map 12, but lock is a hard one on the chest, currently level 6 or 7 for lock-picking, do you know what lock-picking level is needed to open it by any chance ? Thank you.
