Pond Manor

This is my first mod that I have made for Skyrim. I’m still working out some small details. This house features:

. Smithy: Anvil, Armor Workbench, Weapon Sharpener, Tanning Rack, Smelter
. 2 chests fully stocked to get you going

.Enchanting and Alchemy benches
. 4 chests in room one fully stocked with Alchemy ingredients

. Above the Smithy is a ‘Treasure Room’
. 2 chests one stocked with Soul Gems
. 2 tables to show off your things

. Living Area
. 3 chests
. Chest of drawers

. Look around there are a few ‘extras’ placed around the Manor

There is a lot of room to add personal decoration touches, and I will also be adding/taking away to the decoration as I receive feedback. Please give constructive criticisms, If you don’t like something please tell me why.

As a last note, when I play this mod in-game sometimes the outside off the house is there and sometimes it’s not. Please let me know if this happens to anyone else or if anyone knows how to fix this.
