Proper way of getting Kunesh's Axe, Hammer and Nails.

Go to the C on your map to talk to Kunesh, resolve the issue with civil means, dont fight him. If you have good speech choose the option to debts should be paid, if not threaten him with your father. after that go to the Tavern, or towards E

A video cues, you'll meet up with some friends, they'll ask if you want to help them, you reply only if you help me too. After that you'll go to Deustch's and vandalize his house with dung, and then scrap it out. After that you'll meet up back at Kunesh's with them, if you already stole the axe, drop it on the ground before you talk to your friends out back of the barn, go around back of the hey barn, and wait for them, after that, talk. Then you guys will beat the crap out of kunesh until he gives you the keys. Now you can sell the items because they're not stolen.

I just stealthed behind him and choked him out and loot his keys and items. Be sure to place his unconcious body out of sight though, place him in his house. He'll wake up in like 2 minutes. enough time for you to loot and run.
