To anyone here in 2023: just use FusionFix. Don't bother going through the endless hassle of "downgrading" GTA 4. All of these mods stopped being compatible with the game even after downgrading. TakeTwo unfortunately has won the anti-modding battle for this game.

Hey, I installed this mod step by step. But it seemed to have removed all shadows/dynamic shadows (card/peds etc) how do I fix this?

I have installed the GTA 4 Beautification Project ENB 1.63 exactly as per instructions on the website. I am on Windows 10, latest update. No matter what I do the game CTD upon launch. I have tried quite a few reinstalls and a lot of the compatibility 'fixes' I have seen online, but nothing will get the game to launch while modded. What am I missing?

Hey I got the lighting overhaul version and my rain is invisible.

I got rid of the problem by disabling the sky ENB features, i.e. [SKY] enable=false... so I guess something's wrong there for me 🤔

I have a problem with the texture of the sky bugging! There's flickering, especially in the night and somehow the clouds are very vague and pixelated. Tried reinstalling the ENB and recopying the texture mods but it was all to no avail sadly, any clue? I made some screenshots showing how it looks like haha
