Modular Victorian Mill Pack

Description
This is a set of 3x3 tile pieces to build your very own huge Victorian mill, warehouse, or factory! This set is vaguely based on a factory near Wayne Junction in Philadelphia, but it can be adapted for almost any purpose.

Bring industrial misery, child labor, and horrific mutilations to your cims today! (any talk of unionization will be met with swift reprisals)

Features:

-1, 3, and 5 story versions.

-RICO compatible

-Seven modules for each version, including inner and outer corners, two kinds of loading docks, big overhead doors, and two straight modules (with and without windows).

-Individual modules range from 1700 to 11,000 polygons (for the biggest corner module); most fall in the 3000-4500 range.

-Custom LODs

-Only 1 1024x1024 texture sheet was used for all 21 modules included, so don't worry so much about the large file size since if you have Loading Screen Mod the bulk of that won't actually load.

I purposely did not include "roof junk" -- HVAC, stairs, etc. since it would get repetitive over several modules. Add your own roof junk using More Beautification.

Fantastic set of assets. Thank you so much for sharing.
If I may suggest for your consideration, it could be great to have one of the blocks with a road running through (Kind of gate or entrance) That could allow us to do a completely enclosed industrial compound.

This is fantastic and really builds an identity for an area that alot of people probably recognize from their own city or town. Really nice work.

'Bring industrial misery, child labor, and horrific mutilations to your cims today! (any talk of unionization will be met with swift reprisals)' Why sir, you speak my language! :-)

I love this set just as much as the precious one. Great work! I look forward to building my own mills, fueled with coal and cheap labour.
