First you need to use your brain to tell your arm and hand to click on "Subscribe", then move your mouse over the "LIBRARY" and click, now scan through the list of games with your eyes until you find "Scrap Mechanic", then, the hardest part, click "Play" and the game will test your patience while starting up the game, when it's done (Finally) click on "Create Terrain" and then "World Builder", then you will find the list of tile's on the bottom of the screen and then just drag it onto the map, then save it. Then click "Exit" and start a new world, select the world type you saved, click "Start"....
Oh yeah, get the mods the map needs first. Look's like you need to find out how to do that yourself, bye.
