lil wayne shrines

Description
This mod adds a shrine inside of white runs bannered mare ask the inn keeper for a room in the room you will find the shrine. when you talk to lil wayne you will get a quest.

I plan to make a full sized shrine about the same size as the azura shrine that has quests to help lil wayne destroy sojaboy. plan to get better voice actors. custom shields for lil wayne a guild of lil wayne and more quests and ways to torture lil wayne

@mycastlecellar, why does it matter if a doctor with a PHd is gonna play skyrim? that is the least offensive comment youve made. about Wayne being a Retarded Porch Monkey as you put it, he was enrolled in Univeristy of Huston (earning great marks), dropped out to make millions, and enrolled at University of Pheonix, studying Psychology online. all while making millions. how many millions have you made since 2005?
