100% Completion Guide for GTA: IV

This guide will show you how to achieve 100% completion and all rewards for GTA:IV

Story Missions

To achieve 100% completion you have to complete all 88 story missions. (From ''The Cousins Bellic" until "Out of Commision" / "A Revenger's Tragedy")

Special Missions

Random Character Missions

First of many special missions are the Random Character missions. You have to complete all 16 Random Character missions. But you do not have to complete Harlingfords, Bychkov's Littles or Glovers missions.On the right, you can see the first video of a playlist. This playlist can help you find all the random characters for the missions.

Drug Delivery
After completing the mission Shadow Niko will be able to do small delivery jobs for Little Jacob. There are a total of 10 delivery missions. For every delivery Jacob will pay Niko $250
($2500 total), 1% Friendship each delivery, 3% respect each delivery and a special Jamaican Huntley Sport

Races
After being introduced to Brucie Kibbutz races will be available. To start a race you can simply call Brucie and ask. There are a total of 9 races Completing a race will earn Niko $500 ($4500 total). It is possible to shoot out the opponent's tires but shooting the other cars too much will cause the race to fail.

Exotic Exports
This task is a lot like the Import / Export missions from GTA III, VC, and SA. Niko has to collect a bunch of cars. A mission will automatically start after responding positively to Brucie's emails. For every mint condition car Niko will earn $1000 and for each damaged vehicle he will receive $350,Niko will also increase Brucie's friendship by 1% and respect by 3%. You can repair the car before delivering it. Here is a list of all the cars.

Car Theft
To complete 'Stevie's Car Theft' Niko has to steal 30 cars. Stevie sends Niko text messages with hints of the vehicle's location. Delivering all vehicles will earn Niko up to a total of $398.970 Here is a list of all the vehicles

Fixer's Assassinations
After completing Truck Hustle a new type of mission will become available. Wade "The Fixer" Johnson will set up 9 assassination missions. You can trigger these by visiting the payphone at the Odhner Aveneu.

Most Wanted
Niko will be able to start any Most Wanted mission if he is inside a police vehicle that has access to a Police Computer. On the computer Niko can search for a total of 30 criminals to catch. Most criminals will drop some money and ammo. If all criminals are dead you will receive a message that says "All wanted criminals have been eliminated"

Vigilante
Just like the "Most Wanted" missions Niko can start Vigilante by entering a law enforcement vehicle with access to a police computer and navigating to "Recent Crimes". There are a total of 20 different Vigilante missions, but there are only 3 types of missions: Gang Activity (Killing a group of thugs) Stolen Vehicle (Chasing a stolen vehicle) and Suspect on foot (Running criminal, can be run over).

Friends

To achieve 100% completion Niko has to be good friends with 3 out of 5 available friends however I will still cover all 5 friends because of some rewards.

Roman Bellic
Roman Bellic likes to go bowling, but there's more! Going to Burger Shot will increase his likeness to Niko by 7%, Drinking at a bar %5, Going to a Strip Club 8% and playing Darts by 4%.
If Romans likeness is +75% Niko will be able to get free service taxi rides!

Little Jacob
If Jacobs friendship stat is 75% he will start selling Weapons, Ammunition and Body Armor at a discount of 30%. His favourite pasttimes are eating at Cluckin' Bell and drinking at Club Liberty. You also need to visit each activity once with Little Jacob.
Needed for 100% completion

Brucie Kibbutz
Brucie's favorite place is the Superstar Café and he has two unique activities that are Heli Rides and Powerboat Rides. You also need to visit every activity at least once with Brucie. If Brucie's friendship stat is at 75% he will transport Niko anywhere via chopper.
Needed for 100% completion

Dwayne Forge
If Dwayne is spared in "The Holland Play" he will send an email. If Niko's response is positive Niko and Dwayne will become friends. Dwayne enjoys classy places but he will never turn some Cluckin' Bell down. Dwayne dislikes driving too fast but he loves the NRG 900. If Dwayne's friendship stat is at +75% he will send two goons to back Niko up whenever requested. One goon carries a Pistol and the other a Micro SMG. The goons will stick around for about 15 minutes.

Patrick McReary
Patrick likes it when Niko drives fast unlike Dwayne. He does not really have a favorite pastime but he sure as hell enjoys fighting while on friend activities. If Patricks like stat is above 75% and the mission "Actions Speak Louder than Words" he will deliver a car bomb whenever Niko needs it.
You also need to visit each club or other activity once with Patrick

Sports and Games

Niko has to beat a computer or friend at Pool, Darts, a FULL GAME of Bowling and Niko has to set a new high score in the game QUB3D (Tetris).

Miscellaneous

To achieve 100% completion Niko has to do 2 more things...

Flying Rats
There are a total of 200 pigeons scattered around Liberty City. Niko has to kill them all for 100% completion and an Annihilator on top of the MeTV building (The Triangle).

Stunt Jumps
Niko has to complete a total of 50 stunt jumps for 100% completion. The video beneath this text will show you all the places. There are no rewards gained from completing all stunt jumps beside the 100% completion.

Niko will be able to buy unlimited ammunition.

I heard that, even though you are able to buy unlimited ammunition (up to 9999 or something), when you save and restart the game, they will return to the maximum default value,

Moreover you need to do every available activity with Brucie, Little Jacob and Packie to get 100%

What if i fail 1 assassination mission? Can I replay it or can I get 100% if I missed it?

for the friend activities is it required to complete a game of pool/darts/bowling from start to finish? required to watch a cabaret/comedy show from start to finish? does skipping the show or quitting midgame count towards 100% ? (for each friend)
