House Mining Operation - Breezehome

Description
This small mod adds an ebony and iron mine to Breezehome, completely owned by the player! The trapdoor is hard to miss, I assure you. The mine has several pickaxes and already-mined out ebony for the player to take at their leisure.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Everything in the mine is be owned by
the player.

The ore will replenish itself every 10 days or so.

The mine is just right...:P There are other ebony mines you can hit in Tamriel while this one respawns. When I go on a 'mining venture', by the time I have made my complete circuit and returned to BH, the mine has respawned.

Didn't want to make it too crazy, so people who still like to keep a little realism in their games can keep it. ;)
