Vanilla Lake's Hi Speed Roundabout Exit

I'm not an intersection guy but I got a request for the beginner roundabout intersection used in Vanilla Lake's start square, so here you go!

- No DLC, No Mods
- Custom icons for easier visibility
- Find It File name is - Inter Hi Speed Vanilla Exit
- If spokes and connected roads are not upgraded, this is advised for small areas rather than high capacity
- Traffic goes at highest speed if you make sure the 3 roads that lead out from the circle's spokes don't have a traffic light for a long distance
- Can be upgraded to handle very high capacity at high speed (see images for strategy for both vanilla and MT/Network Extensions players), COMBINED with the suggestion of no traffic lights for a decent space (maybe 32 squares?) still holds true
. Without TMPE mod, some vehicles do a stupid move (use the spokes and make a 90 degree turn instead of using circle directly). If you don't use TMPE (I don't) all you do is upgrade the spokes to a 2 lane one way - best is MT or NExt 2 lane highway, slower is vanilla 2 lane one way road. Vehicles will still do dumb move, but it limits the amount of traffic backing up
