The harness of the scenario comes in the form of trying to taunt the few pick-pockets that arrive at the park. It's meant to counteract the scenery rating effect which essentially makes it very easy to make money and expand.. The challenge is to find ways of generating pick-pockets using the tools to your disposal :)
Apparently I've turned my park into such a police state that the pickpockets just leave. This is the first time I've seen the game give a message to the effect that "security is so high that pickpockets will try elsewhere" or something like that. With one crime about every two to three months, it will take forever to get to 50.
I would prefer the opportunity to limit the number of guests - I had over 6,000 by year 2 with a predictable effect on frame rate.
Those quibbles aside, it was fun! Thanks!
As for the blank signs, this may be due to the 1.7.xx updates.. Have a check to see if it is the same signs each time or if different ones are blank when you load.. :)
