Tried it out and does not work. Maybe Im missing unlocks or something as I am not getting the powerful items they list in the item list when set to true.

It's good but something is not right. I've killed the beast around four times in the last week. Are you sure it works only for the first item room? Because I just finished a run, killing beast as T.Lilith. I had f*cking haemolacria, brimstone and polyphemus. HOW?! IT COULDN'T HAVE BEEN LUCK
