I am still keeping this map here as it is a good map and I am considering creating a new, official map for Civ 5 that closely resembles this former fan based map

This map includes two versions. All random map, where every resource and starting locations is randomized

The second version includes random resources but static starting locations. Major civilizations start in the areas of major areas, such as Noxus, Demacia, Freljord, Ionia, Kumungu Jungles etc. All starts are fairly balanced in comparison to each other.
City states are scattered across arbitrary places

Both versions also includes some natural wonders

Note: I took some liberties in certain areas to make better sense in geography because, you know, in the world of League of Legends, Runeterra is shaped by magic, which has left some marks in the terrain, such as jungles of Ionia, Kumungu jungles, Icathia and some other places.

Also, you're probably looking at about 40% of the world of League of Legends in this map, according to Riot member statement and the fact that there is no frozen continent equivalent to Antarctica and the fact why jungles are in so south (tip: they typically appear near equator) or I could just choose to ignore this all and say geography works because of magic.
