Internalized Knowledge - Collecting Skill books

Description
It's time to feel like an arcane scholar!

Internalized Knowledge is a mod that will let you craft a spell tome that
will grant you a permanent 10% cost reduction to spells of the relevant school. All you have to do is find all five skill books of that school of magic, bring it to a cooking pot, and craft it! Afterwards, just use the tome produced, and the buff will be applied!

Could you do this with other skills? Just a small boost to their effectiveness or something after getting all the skill books for each? This really adds to the fun of collecting the books and getting something for your research. Thanks for the awesome mod!

You can stack the reduction with similar effects, but you can't collect the same skillbooks multiple times to get the internalized knowledge bonus for the same school of magic again and again.
