True Son of the Emperor
Kill 40,000 enemies in the game (all game modes combined).

The method I found to be the fastest, less of a grind, and most fun was by using the auto cannon in Part IV Chapter 14 Checkpoint Fallen Brother. You have 400 rounds of ammunition with the auto cannon, plus ammo crates, grenades, and unlimited plasma pistol ammo, which is also fairly effective, and if you keep the rogue psykers alive they will spawn unlimited waves of renegade militia. Use my guide below for the Firepower achievement for more details on this process. The trick is to try and hit the whole wave of militia just as they spawn with one shot. If you're quick you can knock out 2 of the 3 waves of renegade militia which is about 10 guys in a few seconds. Stay on the left side behind cover and back in full view of the portals, and try and focus on the right portal and then center portals shooting the militia just as they spawn. Then you will have about 5 - 6 seconds to kill the left sided portals militia before the other two spawn theirs again. Start with the right portal, then middle and last left. If your quick enough you can almost take out all three waves of militia as they spawn from there portals. What is nice about this method is you don't have to reload your save as often and you have an all powerful auto cannon to kill your enemies which makes it more fun. I found it more effective in the long run to conserve ammo and be precise with my shooting, rather than go full auto with the cannon. You will get around 400-500 kills plus in about 10 minutes, which is fast especially since your not reloading checkpoints frequently, which does add up time and can become a grind. All kills across all game modes count. Even PVP, though that is the lowest scoring mode. Campaign and Exterminatus are where the lions share of these will come.

The spot mentioned here is, AFAIK, the *only* spot in the entire campaign with infinitely respawning enemies. Even the other segments with corrupted psykers don't seem to spawn enemies infinitely.
