Description
Many people have said that the cooldown time for the original shout was too short and therefore overpowered. I made this new mod to meet them half-way on their requests.
List of Changes:
* removed once a day restriction
* changed shout cooldown on each word
~1st word = 1 min.
~2nd word = 2 1/2 min.
~3rd word = 5 min.
* changed duration of each word
~1st word = 5 min.
~2nd word = 7 min.
~3rd word = 10 min.

You do realize that the third word of the shout reduces shout cooldown time? So you're pretty much just handicapping yourself by using all three words with this mod?

Makes more sense than the other one. But I think that it should be, instead of a once a day limit, it should be a once every six hours limit. It keeps its power, yet it is controlled
