Replaces the Overwatch Soldiers and Metro-Police with Helghast. It also comes with custom sounds.

Helghast Assault Trooper = Overwatch Soldier (1st screenshot)
Helghast Commando = Overwatch Elite Soldier (2nd screenshot)
Helghast Security Trooper = Overwatch Prison Guard (3rd screenshot)
Helghast Police Trooper = Metro-Cop (4th screenshot)

Unfortunately, i can't replace Barney's model because i would not only have to put Barny's head on the Helghast Police Trooper but i'd also have to make the Helghast Police Trooper's helmet a separate model for when Barny takes off his helmet. Since i ain't got any experience with modeling, i can't do that.
