How to "upgrade" from starter pack to standard edition.

I'm going to show you how to upgrade your game.

You bought the starter pack and you hate yourself no big deal. I'm going to show you how to upgrade. I learned this myself when I bought my GF the starter edition back when it came out (June 2016). So lets begin.

Ways to upgrade:
If you must use steam for it (steam should be the PC monopoly, I agree) you can contact support and ask them to remove it from your library and get the regular edition.

If you bought the starter through steam and don't want to do the removal process. You can buy the standard edition from Uplay. Vise Versa if you bought the starter through Uplay.

You must use the same uplay account when doing this or you'll lose all your stats.

Thats it, you're all done.

As long as you use same account info the better edition will cancel the other.

so i have the standard edition on my steam & uplay acc, if i remove the game forever from my steam acc, and then re-buy it to the deluxe edition from steam, will my uplay acc link into the new bundle (deluxe edition) or it's still the standard edition? i don't care about progress like levelling or whatsoever. if it resetting from a start. it's fine.

You're referring to DLC OPs. Those prices are the same, not matter the edition.
