With Reassembly, it's not an issue of conflict, rather an issue of who's first.
AKA: Which mod is loading first, and having it's changes be final and actual.
Multiple mods can change the same cvar, but only the one "on top" of your list of mods will have it's change stay.
If you have a mod that sets:
kStartingCredits to 10000
And a mod that sets:
kStartingCredits to 20000
The one that's at the top of your mod list will take president. ( Whatever it changes, wont be changed. )
That's useless feedback chap. What's broken?
Make sure you dont have any conflicting mods.
Make sure it's at the top of the pile in your mods area.
It will only affect new games. :)
