Outstanding work. The building can still be admired in its splendor in Braunschweig, Germany. Unfortunately, modernity is becoming more and more prevalent, so that the industrial is slowly giving way to the ordinary.

It's surrounded by streets, so that shouldn't be an issue.

Any ideas what might stop this from operating? I've placed it, full of workers, all happy green everywhere but it says "not operating" .
