描述
One of my favorite heroes in Overwatch, 'McCree' leads America.

Leader: McCree

Leader Ability: Peacekeeper
+5 Combat Strength in friendly territory. Can declare on Civs at war with their allies without suffering warmonger penalties. +1 Culture and Gold from Pastures.

Leader Unique Unit: Cowboy
A unique light cavalry unit when McCree is their leader. Available at 'Rifling' technology. 65 Combat Strength. 355 Production and 3 Maintenance. 3 Sight. Can move after attacking and ignores Zone of Control.

Agenda: BAMF
Likes peaceful Civilizations that have a city on his home continent. Hates civilizations starting wars against a City-State or civilization based on his continent. Likely to protect City-States even though they are not his allies.

It would be nice if he didn't incure war monger penalties if declaring war on any body whom is attackiing city states even if they are not allies. It would also be nice if he had an early unit for doing just that, protecting city states.
