Compatible with New Frontier 2020 - Gathering Storm - Rise and Fall - Vanilla
->The Gathering Storm XP is necessary for this mod to work.

The Ni-Vanuatu Civilization is led by King Roymata.

Leader Trait: Domain of the Eretokan Peacemaker
Roymata can build the Tam-tam, a Unique Building. The cities get +2 Loyalty and the Coastal Tiles give +1 Food when he is at Peace with the other Civilizations.

Civilization Trait: Long God Yumi Stanap
Begin the game with the Sailing and Shipbuilding technologies and the ability to enter Ocean tiles. Ocean tiles grant +1 Production. Cities adjacent to Volcanoes grow 10% faster.

Unique Unit: Vaka: early boat (available at Turn 1) that gets a +15% bonus against Barbarians. Moves: 4 / Combat: 20 / Sight: 2 / Maintenance Cost: 1

Unique building: Nakamal: It grants +1 Culture and +1 Gold, +2 Amenities.

Agenda: New Hebrides: Tries to explore the map, and likes civilizations that have explored less of the map than itself and dislikes civilizations that have explored more of the map than itself.

Dunno if it matters to you, but the ynamp support for giant earth sets the TSL in new Caledonia (another group of islands), not in Vanuatu. For this reason I'd suggest to change the TSL to 109/24, which is an island of Vanuatu. Unfortunately this location will have one land tile less than the other TSL on new Caledonia, maybe you chose the different place for this reason. But 109/24 (Malekula island of Vanuatu) feels more realistic. Unfortunately the real island of Roimata, where he ruled, seems to not be represented in the giant earth map, although it's defined in the city names file.

Sorry guys if the last update interrupted your game.
I reworked this civ because it had become obsolete with the inclusion of Kupe in Gathering Storm. In order to have a Roymata a little less "tinkered", I tried various solutions to allow users who do not have the extension to continue to play with the vanuatu civilization.
Unfortunately it was not properly operational. Finally, to have a "clean" trait, I am forced to use a piece of Kupe's trait, sorry again for subscribers who do not have Gathering Storm.

Hey Gedemo
your custom civs are great, so far balance and abilities seem good. we had a mlutiplayer save going, but when we tried to open it yesterday it crashed on loading. the only thing that seems different was this Civ was updated overnight. Not sure there is a fix for it, but overall I'd say even if it's a loss of the save file, great work on the civs, we've really enjoyed the variety

In case you missed it Gedemo, Junky added a new tech called settlersail that comes before sailing. I would have preferred a name like Boating or Canoeing, whatever. Anyway, it is given at the start so you can embark settlers immediately. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1201637503
