Rochelle in Nick's suit

Description
Okay. So. This isn't one of my typical mods. But don't worry, I'm not losing any of my holiday spirit. Nick just wanted to borrow her depeche mode T-shirt and skinny Jeans.

~~~
This is a test for a new resource I've been working on for modelers. It includes a 3ds max file that demonstrates the resource a bit. Currently the resource isn't quite polished/documented enough for release. But it will be soon. Also, if anyone can help me with the Blender problem I'm having(listed below) I can set up some files for blender users. But anyway, enjoy(?) This dumb rochelle mod. More technical info below.
~~~

I NEED HELP FIGURING OUT A BLENDER ERROR.
When I try to bind my surface deform modifier to one of my deformation models it gives me the error "Target contains concave polygons" My models were made in 3ds max, exported as .obj, and imported into blender. But they are triangulated. So this error shouldn't be true. Then I googled it and found out it throws that error at you for a number of unrelated problems.

If any Blender user is familiar with this error in surface deform modifier, please let me know :)

The resource, as much as it is one, is a collection of "deformation models" for all special infected and survivors. These models share vertex order with one another, so they can morph in 3ds max, and be used as shape keys in blender. So you can skinwrap clothes to them in 3ds max, or, in THEORY, surface deform clothing using them in blender.

This allows for a mostly clean and extremely easy transfer of clothing from any character to any character. you just need to delete any polygons that are under the clothes you're putting on them. And fix any problems that come up. ;^_^

If clothes stick through eachother you'll have to fix that manually. But there were about two spots where that happened with rochelle. This isn't even gonna be very common. Nick wears a shirt under his unbuttoned jacket, and that's where it came up.

If the survivor/special infected character you're transferring to sticks through the clothes, just grab vertices on the deformer model, around the offensive area, and push out until it stops being a problem.

If the clothes look baggy on the intended character, scale DOWN the deformation model, and the costume, at sub-object level(3ds max) or in edit mode(?blender)
If they look too tight, do the same, but scaling UP instead.

Then Bake down this newly deformed costume(collapse in 3ds max, apply in blender) combine it with your altered survivor or special infected, and transfer weighting by either skinwrapping(the 3ds max option), or transferring weights(the blender option) from either the character, or one of my deformation models. Which I weighted to the skeletons.

You're now ready to export. :)

This doesn't do all the work for you, you just don't have to remodel a costume fresh for every character.
I'll still be trying to figure out my blender issue too :D

Will you make a first person arms sometime? The suit looks good, but her default arms seem strange.
