The Underground Lake House

Description
You don't run a sweetroll bakery, why live like a merchant? A badass dragonborn demigod deserves an epic underground lair. I tried to design the house that I'd want my own characters to use, both practical and fun.
The Underground Lake House is a small, ramshackle cabin situated on a dark lake in a gloomy underground cavern.

The Underground Lake House v1.20
(1.20 was a major update, if you experience any trouble with the mod please let me know so I can fix it asap)

Please let me know what features you'd like to see added to the mod. I'll be making updates, but I'll be very careful not to mess with the containers (stash your loot with confidence).

The Underground Lake is easy to find. Look for a small grate leading into the cliffs near the guardian stones (just Southwest of Riverwood).

Current Features:
-all crafting stations
-permanent, non-respawning containers
-new, handcrafted location
-working bookshelves and weapon rack
-one contiguous location (no extra load screens)
-fast travel from within the area
-resources to harvest
-**your spouse can now be told to live in the house!** (I can explain the scripting to other modders if interested)

Planned Features:
-whatever YOU can think of... let me know

Potential Conflicts
-No mods currently on Steam report conflicts with The Underground Lakehouse. This may change if a mod is produced to offer a massive overhaul of the marriage system and spouse conversations.

Changelog:
1.20
-major update, spouse can now be told to live in the house (you must discover the house to activate this option), added weapon rack, minor lighting, landscape and navmesh changes. Sorry for the delay on this update, Steam was having issues which have been somewhat resolved.
1.16
-Updated ambient sounds.
1.15
-Further navmesh improvements, more foliage.
1.14
-Major navmesh overhaul.
1.13
-Various aesthetic improvements.
1.12
-Feedback-inspired updates. More foliage, light sources and adjusted crafting stations.
1.11
-First public version.

p.s. If you like this mod, and would like to see more mods in the future, please rate this with a "thumbs up" so I'll know if I'm on the right track. If you had any problems with the mod, feel free to post a comment or send me a private message explaining what you didn't like.

What a great concept, but there really isn't much to the house. Maybe a few more additions like weapon plaques or mannequins would be good!

I think you should find a way to make this hearthfire accesible, because i have a wife and i want kids to live with us too. Not neccesarily required, but available
