Sword Militia description: "The sword militia is suitable for short close combat or to attack unprotected skirmishers."
Are you using the Unit Upgrade Pack? Both units aren't included here.
I would also suggest a general rebalance of all the units, since many times wages and costs are not very proportional to a unit's value.
Especially general's bodyguards, there's usually one or two that cost less than the others but are so much better in every way.
Many elite archers units have the same accuracy as very basic, low tier ranged units.
I understand that all these units come from different mods, and this is a pretty huge workload to ask, but your unit packs would gain so much from some little tweaks.
This mod isn't updated for patch 20 but I guess it works.
