You clearly have no idea that he's always in videos and even in description of this guide is mentioned that it's played on ZDoom source port. It was released back in 1998 first time and got updated frequently as now it got upgraded into GZDoom. Two decades we've played on many other source ports (Prboom+, Skulltag, etc.) to experience Doom on ''modern'' systems or mod many mods back in the day. If you wonder why blood has been added, it's by default in settings has been added in those source ports, but it can be turned off if that really pisses you off. I'll keep that comment of your's up for giggles as that would be so embarrassing for you to go on rage/troll baiting without doing proper research. If blood is really triggering you the most, uninstall/refund Doom games, it's not for you anymore.
