The heirloom chest which the antivenom works on seems to be a whole different curio altogether in the first quest you can use antivenom on the heirloom chest in the last room which will make the curio interaction tracker show the loot icon for all other heirloom chests that antivenom works on.

It is also possible to use a shovel on the other heirloom chest but the curio interaction tracker will X it out in future instances so this one most likely only works in the tutorial dungeon.

@shadowlurker4897 True there is a chance that Heirloom chest is trapped and antivenom would allow for loot but there is no way I know how to determine if it is trapped or not. If the chest is not the antivenom is just wasted. There is also chance shovel can be used to open but again is is very it and miss. If anyone has more exact information on these outcomes I will update.

Heirloom chests drob loot if you use antivenom but I dont know the details of the loot sadly
