AC: Brotherhood Multiplayer Challenges and Tier 3 Rewards

This is a list of all the multiplayer Challenges and the rewards you will receive upon completion of their third tiers. First and second tier rewards are always certain amounts of experience points. Tier 3 is where the skill unlocks reside!

Yes, all of this information is accessible under the Progression>Challenges tab in the Main Menu, but I believe the ability to access this list quickly through the Steam Overlay will come as a boon. You can quickly Shift+Tab this guide up during a session, say. You might also have noticed you can't access the Main Menu while Ubisoft searches for other Abstergo Agents. I've always found this annoying since I'd like to be able to look over what I'm going to "work on" in the coming round. Lastly, I don't think anyone's bothered to put all this information up anywhere on the Web yet, not even on the Assassin's Creed wiki. Hope it helps. Have fun.

Note: I didn't get to the 3rd tier of the following Challenges so I don't know exactly how much they provide but I do know they only give XP, they don't unlock any skills.

MULTIPLIER

Unfortunately, I will never complete those last two Challenges. All my challenge progress along with the unlocked skills spontaneously reset one day and I just don't feel like starting up from square one.

Stay close to a target for at least 3 seconds before killing the target to
receive the FOCUS bonus.

DEATH FROM ABOVE

In an ACROBATIC position, wait 3 seconds to receive the FOCUS bonus before
killing your target.

HUSH

Kill your target while remaining out of high profile to receive the SILENT
bonus.

Kill a target while remaining HIDDEN to receive the HIDDEN bonus.

Earn 5, 10 or 15 bonuses to receive one of the VARIETY bonuses.

LEAD BY EXAMPLE

Take the lead.

COMEBACK

Take the lead in the last 10 seconds of a game session and win the session.

STILL ALIVE

Get no desynchs in a session to receive the UNTOUCHABLE bonus.

NB: It seems like you need to have at least one Kill in addition to never dying in order to receive the UNTOUCHABLE bonus. I don't know the exact criteria but I definitely DID NOT receive the UNTOUCHABLE end bonus after rounds in which I've done nothing but hide in a corner the whole time. Even though I didn't die, when the scoreboard popped up with my 0 Kills - 0 Deaths I did not get the UNTOUCHABLE bonus.

@Atomader: Fortunately, just the 5 written there. I find it easiest to keep track by getting them in pairs. I aim for two Silent+Focus kills (I'll even deliberately go High Profile for a moment in order to downgrade from an Incognito). And I'll keep Smoke Bombs handy so that when I flee from a Chase I can throw one down and get a Stun and an Escape simultaneously. The Revenge kills are the most difficult. You really have to just get lucky enough to get the correct Contract *and* get to him before someone else does.

hmm... does anyone know if 2 get the multiplier bonus is needed 2 get ALL bonuses, or just those 5 written there...? :P

I wish I could be sure you wouldn't have any matchmaking problems. If you are like me and it works well, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it but as it is, it really is a gamble. Not everyone has problems but problems aren't uncommon.

Yeah. One more thing; if you get on the multiplayer and find yourself stuck at Searching for Astergo Agents (1/8) that doesn't mean no one is playing. It is the sign that the game is having connection issues.

Do i need Uplay to Revelations too ?

You will need Uplay to play Brotherhood at all, single- and multiplayer. Ubisoft is being like that about their games now. Once you've installed it from Steam, you launch the game from the library which will, in turn, launch the Uplay client and only from there can you start the game. Trying to bypass and going straight to the .exe file will come back with an Unregistered Game error.
