Dishonored: Big Boy Achievement

A very simple guide for how to do the achievement Big Boy without being seen.

Option 1

Step 1. Use your Runes to unlock the 'Blink Rank 2' ability.
Step 2. (Optional) Position yourself on top of a Lamppost using Blink.
Step 3. (Optional) Position yourself hidden at Street level using cover.
Step 4. Blink on to/up to the big boy spamming the sword attack button.

Notes: The Blink won't show the climb animation on a Big Boy like it would for a roof or ledge.
Notes: Pictures are for the more risky 'Ground to Big Boy Blink attack'






Option 2 - Thanks to Shiftur
Purchase the double jump ability (AKA Agility rank 1), and jump from behind and attack the Big Boy with your Sword.

I guessed on how to kill one with my sword the first time. After realizing my crossbow accuracy was ♥♥♥♥.

Yeah it's pretty easy to kill them this way. In fact, I would suggest doing this for any encounter with a tall boy. If you can get on top of them, it doesn't matter if they see you or not you can do the kill rather easily. My only wish is that you could then hijack it. Ah that would be nice.

Stopping time and then blinking to the top of one makes this achievement super easy.

Drop assisination worked for me. There's a really good opportunity to do so in the Return To the Tower mission.

On the Boyle mission, just get on a ledge around one of the derelict buildings, and drop assassinate one as you would a regular goon.
That's how I did it. I didn't even think of getting an achievement, I just wanted to know if you can drop assassinate a tallboy.
Turns out you can :)

Or if you're feeling badass you can just leap down from a tall building. I did lt at the start of the boyle mission. Such a gret feel.

Bend Time lv. 2 might also be helpful in terms of targeting, but it's not necessary.
